Hi, I’m Dana

Yoga changed my life, and now it's my mission to share its magic with you.

In 2020, life asked me to slow down. Motherhood had cracked me open in ways I never expected, and in the midst of sleepless nights and endless giving, yoga became the place I came home to myself.

What began as twenty quiet minutes a day became my sanctuary - a space to breathe, reconnect, and soften my edges. On my mat, I learned to meet myself with compassion, to respond rather than react, and to see the world through a gentler, more grounded lens.

Since then, I’ve taught in studios, workplaces, and one-on-one settings - guiding others back home to themselves through movement, stillness, and presence.

My intention is to make yoga feel human - accessible, relatable, and rooted in real life. You don’t have to be flexible or know the poses.

You just have to show up. I’ll meet you there.

Through movement, breath work, meditation, and sound, we’ll explore the tools that resonate with you, so you can peel back the layers of stress, conditioning, and trauma to rediscover the endless love that’s always been within.

Yoga with Dana is a return to yourself. A coming home. If yoga helped me find flexibility not just in my body but in my mind and spirit, I know it can do the same for you.

Dana’s care doesn’t stop at savasana. As a certified birth doula, she supports growing families with grounded guidance, emotional support, and a calming presence through pregnancy, labor, and birth. Whether it’s your first baby or your fourth, Dana is there to help you feel empowered, informed, and deeply held every step of the way.
