Going Offline is a half-day retreat designed to help you step away from the constant stimulation of modern life and reconnect with yourself. Through yoga, meditation, breathwork, and workshops, we’ll give the nervous system a chance to reset. It’s an invitation to put the phone down, quiet the noise, and remember what it feels like to simply be present.

All retreat purchases are non-refundable. In the case you cannot attend, your spot may be transferred to another person with advance notice.

    We’ll move with the energy of the day, so timing may shift slightly.

  • Where is the retreat located?
    The retreat will take place in a beautiful, refurbished schoolhouse originally built in 1924, located on the north side of Racine, Wisconsin, just minutes from Lake Michigan. The exact address will be provided after registration.

    Do I need to have yoga experience to attend?
    Not at all. This retreat is designed to be accessible for all levels. Whether you’re brand new to yoga or have been practicing for years, everything will be guided in a way that feels supportive and approachable.

    What should I bring?
    Comfortable clothes you can move and relax in, a yoga mat + blocks (if you have them), a water bottle, and anything that helps you feel cozy (journal, blanket, etc.).

    Will food be provided?
    Yes. Fresh green juice, coffee, light snacks, and a nourishing lunch are all included in your retreat experience. Please let Dana know ASAP if you have any food allergies.

    Can I come alone?
    Absolutely. Many people attend retreats solo, and it often ends up being one of the most meaningful parts of the experience. The space is designed to feel welcoming and supportive.

    What if I need to cancel?
    Because space is limited, tickets are non-refundable. However, you are welcome to transfer your spot to a friend if you’re unable to attend.

    How many people will attend?
    This is an intimate retreat experience and is limited to 20 participants to ensure a personal and supportive environment.

    This retreat is designed to be experienced, not documented.

    We’ll be keeping the main space phone-free to support presence and connection, with a separate area to check phones if needed.
