Why I do what i do

Yoga found me in 2020, during early motherhood and a season of deep transition. What started as a personal sanctuary soon became a daily lifeline, helping me move through uncertainty with patience, presence, and compassion.

Yoga with Dana was born from that journey. My mission is to share this practice in a grounded, relatable way so you can reconnect with yourself, breathe a little deeper, and come home to what matters most.

    These classes are an anchor, offering space to move, breathe, and reconnect in a supportive group setting. Some are energizing, some grounding, all created with care. You don’t need to be flexible or experienced, just open to exploring what’s possible. Held in studios, parks, and other welcoming spaces across SE Wisconsin and Northern Illinois.

    Personalized support, just for you (or a small group).
    These sessions are shaped entirely around your needs, your energy, and your body. We move at your pace, whether that’s slow and restorative, focused on strength, or simply a space to be still. Ideal if you’re working through injury, new to yoga, or craving more one-on-one connection.

    RESET | ENERGIZE | ALIGN

    Breathe a little deeper, even in the busy.
    Designed to meet people in their everyday environments, these sessions bring calm into the workplace or connection into your next gathering. Movement and breath are used as tools to reset, refocus, and restore. No yoga experience necessary. Perfect for employee wellness programs, retreats, or special occasions.

  • Prenatal Yoga & Birth Doula Services

    EMPOWER | SUPPORT | SURRENDER


    Supportive care through pregnancy and birth.
    Gentle, nourishing movement and breathwork designed for all stages of pregnancy. These classes are an invitation to tune into your body, connect with your baby, and build trust in your intuition. Doula support is also available, offering grounded guidance, advocacy, and encouragement through labor and delivery.
